Whenever I saw Dom's name on a project, I was relieved. I was relieved because while he was brought on as a Senior Product Designer, he was much more.
He has the ability to be client-facing, can work autonomously and produce website designs to such a high quality, and would always proactively communicate and seek opportunities for collaboration. I could trust that when Dom received a brief, he would fulfill it but also know when a brief needed to be pushed or challenged.
It's worth mentioning how quickly Dom became so well-loved by the client where his opinions and perspectives were always sought after. He was able to navigate highly complex, matrixed organisations and some challenging clients. He navigated all of this with a calm, positive, and forward-looking attitude. It's exactly what we needed.
