Product Design & Strategy Pitch
Petscribers is a digital prescription platform that intends to make pet medication affordable and accessible to pet owners. The narrative driving this venture is designed by vets, made for pets and their owners. So the co-founders Angela, Emma and Victor through their CMO, Michelle approached Dominic to pitch a concept vision of what he saw Petscribers looking like upon launch.
He spoke with a number of pet owners to get an insight to their experience and what they would like or expect from a product / platform like Petscribers, as he doesn’t have a pet of his own. These insights and anecdotes provided him with three key moments and screens he wanted to convey as part of the story for the Petscribers vision from his perspective.

Capturing the essence and purpose of a business is a vital opportunity but it comes very fast. It is the same with any business who are trying to capture and address a critical pain point in every day users or pet owners lives.
So Dominic felt it was critical that when users land on the homepage of Petscribers, in a single glance they would get an understanding of the platforms intention. Without having to scroll, getting a clear message, purpose and position to provide support and value to pet owners during the ownership experience.

Ownership Experience
Glimpse into Ownership Convenience
It’s common that owners do one more than one pet. It was critical to Dominic that the experience should reflect this understanding of the owners lifestyle and responsibilities. He wanted to create a centralised dashboard that would provide the owners with an overview of all their pets at ease.
Showcasing which pet is which and providing contextual pointers regarding their medication. As and when the owner needs to receive an update on meds or act on requesting a new or revised prescription.
